WHO CAN REGISTER: French students at level 3 and above, as well as highly motivated level 2 students are invited to participate. Up to 10 teachers may attend but are not required to do so. We encourage you to register early as we have limited spots available, and we often fill up before the deadline.
HOW TO REGISTER: Teachers and students need to individually register online and pay for the registration fees (more details below). Online registration will open on October 22 and close on February 4 (the deadline has been extended). In order to register, you need to 1) fill out the following online registration form AND 2) send your payment through Paypal to email@example.com (preferred option) or by check (see instructions below) in order to validate your registration and reserve a spot.
To register, you or your parent (if you are a student) will be requested to answer questions that address the following:
1) personal/family contact information and emergency contact information
2) your school’s (address, principal’s name) and French teacher’s information (phone and email address)
3) food information (lunch option and allergies)
4) a waiver and a photo/video release agreement that need to be read and approved by your parents
5) our payment and reimbursement information and policies.
Teachers, if you prefer a downloadable version of the online registration form, here it is: Registration Sheet 2019-JourneeIntensive. Hand them out to your students so that you can collect them back, then scan and email them as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Give a check to your French teacher IF SHE/HE OFFERED TO COLLECT STUDENTS’ CHECKS. Teachers who accept to do so should contact by email the director, Sylvie Goutas (firstname.lastname@example.org), to make arrangements with her BEFORE sending student payments.
